5. Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: 5–9 business days
Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days (estimated)

We currently ship only within the United States. All shipping is free unless stated otherwise. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.

6. Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at support@simplestyles.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number for faster assistance.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped by contacting us at support@simplestyles.shop. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Only one promotional code may be used per order. Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Promotions may be subject to expiration dates and usage limits.

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software—is the property of Simple Styles or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
