Shipping Method

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. This is our standard shipping method, and it comes at no additional cost to you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

Orders placed after our cut-off time of 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following business day.

Orders are only processed on business days (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time

After processing, your order will be shipped via Free Shipping and should arrive within 5-9 business days.

Total Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 6-12 business days from the time your order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors such as weather or carrier delays.

Order Cut-Off Time

The cut-off time for orders is 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

If your order is time-sensitive, we encourage you to place it earlier to ensure timely processing.

Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

No PO Box Shipping:

Please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can investigate. While we rely on our trusted shipping partners to deliver your order on time, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t yet been processed or shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
