Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered (unless sizing info was incorrect on the product page), or items marked as final sale.

Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
A brief description of the problem
All return requests must be approved before sending the item back.
For approved returns due to defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Items returned without prior approval
Items received after the return window (30 days post-delivery)
Final sale or clearance items
Shipping costs (unless due to a shipping error or defective product)
You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To prevent abuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to limit or deny return or refund requests in cases of:
